Glendale TAFE- New Child Studies Building

This project involved the construction of a new facility to accommodate the Children's Services Training Programs. The new facility provides accommodation for an additional 180 students on the existing Glendale Campus with the following spaces being accommodated:

- Child Studies
- General Purpose Classrooms
- External Child Play Area with a soft fall playground, timber decks, shade cover and associated landscaping
- Additional Car Parking, Disabled Parking Spaces, Drop Off Zones and Access Roads

The building is a combination of raft and suspended slab construction. The main structural steel frame supports a metal roof and the external of the building is a mixture of aluminium windows, metal cladding, CFC cladding and face brickwork.
